Ingredients

• 2 oz. City Gate Spirits Pineapple Rum

• Sprig of mint

• 2 lime wedges

• Soda Water

Directions

1. Place mint and lime wedges in a shaker and muddle well.

2. Add 2 oz. City Gate Spirits Pineapple Rum.

3. Shake well with ice.

4. Strain over ice into Collins glass.
