Ingredients

• 2 oz 1565 Rye Whiskey

• 1 oz sweet vermouth

• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

• Brandied cherry, for garnish

Directions

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.

2. Add the 1565 Rye Whiskey, sweet vermouth, and bitters.

3. Stir for 20–30 seconds until well chilled and properly diluted.

4. Strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
